Regan Scally
Psychologist and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst®

Regan Scally is the director of Holistic Behaviour Consultancy and is a registered psychologist and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. He is passionate in partnering with individuals to first understand and then collaboratively support the match between them and their environment. Integral to this process is relationships. Regan values an empathic approach in pursuit of best understanding the experiences, situations, motivations and values of others. He also values creativity, pursuing the best fit between researched strategies and the needs and preferences of the individual.
Regan has a diverse range of experiences and skills that he draws upon to help him best meet the individual needs of clients. He has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults with varying characteristics, abilities, and cultural backgrounds. Regan has particular experience working with neurodiverse people. He has a specialisation in providing and supervising intensive skill-based treatments for challenging behaviour. He has a special interest in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, using this to provide support to a range of individuals, including neurotypical adults. Regan received a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Psychology with Distinction in 2016 and completed a Master of Science with First Class Honours in 2015 from The University of Auckland.
In 2020 Regan moved back from London to Christchurch with his now wife in a decision to live closer to both their families. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as keeping active and continuing to explore the South Island.
